I came to Milan in June 2026 and I’m going to provide my thoughts to assist any future travelers. The people running Bagutta Suites are very nice and the room was well decorated, however, the communication and check in process is far from smooth. When you arrive at the listed address, there is no signage whatsoever. There is a locked wooden door amidst other doors on the street. I was dropped off by Uber and contemplated leaving because the Bagutta Suites were not answering the phone number listed on the webpage after multiple calls. I asked locals on the street to help me find Bagutta Suites while continuously calling the listed number. Someone finally answered and told me they could only communicate through WhatsApp, which I luckily have. To get through the locked wooden door, they must remotely unlock the door, which is contingent upon them being present to answer the phone…. After getting through the wooden door, I had to use video call to be navigated to the room. Once there, it was fine. The Ac does not go below 16 degrees Celsius, which is not low enough for the Italian summer heat, but otherwise the stay was decent. If you are traveling alone or prefer ease of check-in, I recommend staying elsewhere.
