"Elevator was broken during our stay of 3 days and our apartment was on the third floor. We had elderly couples with us and luggages. It wasn’t convenient for us at all. Provided towel weren’t that clean. The mattress in the bedroom was horrible, dirt and uncomfortable. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there. The receptionists weren’t helpful at all. They didn’t take any responsibilities and saying that this is just their part time jobs. "

"We had an excellent stay and were very satisfied with the overall experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything needed for a comfortable visit. A special highlight was the first-class tour of the facility upon arrival. "Brilliant value for a hotel with a spa and swimming pool. The room was very comfortable, with a nice big bed and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good quality with a wide selection. The water machine in the corridor is a plus. The hotel is a short walk from a train station. There is not much else around, but that was fine as we visited for the hotel facilities."
