"No, cause I never booked a stay there, and I cancelled and you wouldn't give me a refund. Cause someone used my phone without my authorization and booked a non-refundable room. I never used the room and canceled before check in. Don't know if someone fraudulently used it, but you won't even check. Don't know what the room number was. But I want a refund "

"Disappointed- The property had a large sized recent fire that affected the hot water. No hot water for showers for almost all the rooms. The jacuzzi never warmed up. Staff kept saying it was working but we tried several times. We were told they would move us in the morning if the hot water still wasn’t working. It wasn’t. We insisted on moving rooms. Several people stayed in rooms with cold showers. Later that night, someone tried to open the door while we slept with a key. Very chaotic. "

"This motel/hotel is fun to visit and the oatmeal bar is great. The online advertising talks about available menu items but during my stay it was hit and miss whether they have ingredients to make them. Local wines and beer are available always. Good value for the price."
