"My only complaint was there wasn’t a microwave in the room. Everything else was outstanding. The spa, the room, and the staff, were all great! Just add a small microwave and it would be perfect! "

"Haven't stayed there in a year. They haven't made any improvements since then. Don't plan on watching TV because half of the channels don't come through and they have three different lists of Channel guides, none of which actually match what is programmed on the tv, so you get the fun of slowly scrolling through channels waiting for the commercial to end so you can see what's really on. Although sometimes there's no picture so you can only hear what's on. The hallways smell old and dingy except for in the areas where they smell like marijuana. They used to have great front desk staff and I don't know where those people have gone to. Very disappointing stay."

"The room was small cause in the ad they said want to give me a room with an oven when I asked for an upgrade they said I must ask Expedia they changed the room after we paid we didn't have parking the experience was overwhelming I did enjoy my stay as they lied on my behalf but next time I know better to pick another hotel I didn't enjoy my stay at all but I was grateful for them hosting but next time I won't choose them and I wouldn't recommend no one to go there"
