"The floors were soft and noticeably rotten and floor coverings were discolored and frayed. Water ran for fifteen minutes and didn’t get hot. Windows that opened had no screens and drapes were torn. Nice layout but very outdated for the incidentals hold of $100. "

"I had no idea how to contact the shuttle. There was no number to call on the hotel. I kept calling the hotel itself but the line was either busy or it would just keep ringing. It wasn't until I had to google "Comfort Inn shuttle" that I was able to locate a completely different number, that I finally contacted the shuttle. The room itself, had greasy/oily handmarks on the bed headboard. One of the drawers was broken in the room. And the sink faucet came off the first time I used it. I did let management know that it was broken, so I wouldn't be charged for it, but every time I went to turn it on, I had to hold the base, and move the faucet at the same time so the entire thing wound't actually come off. Overall, the place looked like it needed some decent cleaning done. "

"Smelled like cigarettes at the check in desk. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times as our cards wouldn’t open our room door. Upgrades needed but for $100/night stay, it was ok. Breakfast didn’t look good so we went to a local restaurant. "

"Our stay at the Westin Cleveland was extremely disappointing. The first room they put us in was clearly not cleaned properly — the tub had dirt and debris all over it and the shower wouldn’t even get hot. After complaining, they moved us to another room, which somehow wasn’t any better. The second bathroom had a hair sitting in the tub and the shower only got lukewarm. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was rude when we checked out, and when we tried calling from the room earlier in the stay they simply stopped answering the phone after moving us to the second room. Overall, it felt like cleanliness and customer service were the last thing this hotel cared about. Very disappointing experience."
