"Lovely hotel right by the shore. Amazing breakfast with lots of good healthy choices. For some reason the shampoo has no conditioner and it said hand wash on the bottle. May be it is a mistake and I survived . Hotel is within walking distance to the row of beautiful houses we see in magazines showing gorgeous Ålesund"

"Absolutely wonderful 3 nights stay, starting from very helpful staff and emails for a late night arrival, all the way through to all the smiles and hellos, fresh towels and extras for use at a sauna, and the ongoing offer to help. Decor was beautiful throughout. Loved the breakfast selection every day. Gorgeous bar sofas and drinks. And incredibly convenient location. Wishing all boutique hotels could be of this standard and quality."

"We loved this hotel for our stay in Alesund! It is perfectly located for walking around the city and accessing Mt Aksla. We had an upper floor superior room with a view over the rooftops to the water. Stunning!"
