"Room was clean, breakfast items were okay, bed was comfortable"

"Front desk was having issues with their systems, so they thought our room was already checked in (they resolved). Then got charged $160 after the stay, which had to contact them and they blamed on the same system issues (they resolved). Also, would be nice if they had indoor pool/hot tub amenities, for the cost of the rooms. Often default to the hotel across the street for more amenities and lower cost. Regardless the above, rooms are nice and convenient access to the casino. Just expect systems to be working for the price of admission."

"This hotel is a work of art but comfortable and family friendly at the same time. Although they were understaffed in the restaurant for breakfast resulting in longer wait times and less than stellar service, the menu was excellent for both breakast and dinner. The bowling alley in the basement was a fantastic experience and the roof top bar was great. Would definitely stay again. "

You can always get everything you need, the staff are friendly, helpful and they reach out to you daily. I appreciate this kind of communication, when you’re away from home, it’s nice to know you can get this support and friendship."
