Shanna, the hotel general manager, was a blessing and a paragon of hospitality and kindness. The staff was also empathetic, which helped a lot after a long day of traffic - we were able to check in a bit earlier.
It was an absolutely perfect experience. The beds were out of this world comfortable and the room decor was minimalist and on point.
