Vacation gets one star for the beautiful view and restaurants. Everything else was very poor. The unit itself needs a lot of updating: broken shower doors, barely working dishwasher, very sparse utensils and cookware. Not a big deal if you are only staying a short time and looking to go out, but for longer stay and families supplies are not there. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the balcony itself is amazing! Perfect place to sit outside in the morning and evening. The building itself has many negatives; elevators take too long, busy time after beach or pool you can wait for 15-20 minutes. Beach was very crowded with people basically laying right next to each other, no ability to relax and take a 5 minute nap or just enjoy the sound of the waves. Everyone gets 2 chairs and umbrella, but there were empty chairs available and staff would not allow people to use it, a couple was literally chased off chairs in front of us although no one else occupied them. Beach closed at 5 so you could not even see the sunset in comfort of sitting on a chair, but it’s ok, at least there was sand😂! However pool should be open at least till 8 pm in a busy high rise so after the beach people at least can enjoy the pool, but pool was closing at 5:30-5:40. So there was no time to even enjoy the pool if you wanted to see sunset on the beach. Absolutely not acceptable when people come on vacation and want to enjoy the beach and the pool! And staff was very slow and not polite.
