"My room looked nothing like the picture. Hopefully all the rooms will look like the pictures soon. My back is killing me from the springs that poked through the mattress. Room was half cleaned desk, top of fridge and dresser were dirty. Cats were roaming free inside the hotel. (Someone even placed a bowl of milk on the floor in the dining area at breakfast for them). "The hotel is in a good location and the staff are helpful, but it is dirty. The hallway carpets are extremely filthy, and there is a bad odor in the rooms caused by the dirty carpeting—the room actually reeked. I had to buy some antibacterial Febreze spray to deal with the bad smell in room 115. I’m not demanding; I can adapt to different situations, but the bad smell and the filth on those carpets are just too much."
