"Disappointing for my first time visiting Florida. Waited 4 hrs for my room, was never notified it was ready. Got to my room, stepped on a 1” piece of glass on the floor of my bathroom so I couldn’t use the pool or go to the beach. I asked for a band aide and for my floor to be cleaned and that was provided but no apology or concern from anyone whatsoever. Had to suck it up and walk on the wound. Stayed in two out of three nights to avoid having to walk anymore since I had to spend two whole days...

"El aire acondicionado sonaba terrible, nos interrumpía el sueño permanentemente, la habitacion no tenía ventanas y la persona del lobby en el check in no fue amable."
