AWFUL! It’s like they’ve never worked with Expedia before. My total on Expedia was 1300 but when I arrive they cancelled one of my rooms because they claim Expedia never told them that I pay at check in. After arguing for an hour and talking to a manager they gave me my room and allowed me to pay the full 1300 payment. THE NEXT MORNING THEY CANCELLED THE ROOM AGAIN AND TOLD ME TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 500$ IN CANCELLATION FEES. I had to talk to management for another hour where basically they said it was all my fault because I booked through a 3rd party. I paid the 500$ because i obviously needed the room and they said that after I check out it would be refunded to me. The morning after that they charge my card 200$ worth of incidentals. I get so fed up I request to talk to another manager and she was the ONLY helpful staff and she made sure to apologize to me for the other two manager’s behavior and actions to me. She talked with corporate and told me that everything will be handled and the fault is on them for cancelling a room for no reason and not even sending a cancellation email. I checked out yesterday so all the payments are still on hold but my total for a 1300 room I booked 4 months in advance turned out to be over 2000$. I’m still waiting on a refund but this was totally unacceptable overall.
