This was hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. We booked the Family Studio Suite (suitable for 6 people). There was black mold everywhere, and you could clearly see they had just painted over severe water damage. The ceiling was literally sinking in from it. The room smelled damp and moldy the entire time, and there were even spores growing in the lock box. To make things worse, there were bugs flying around in the room and crawling on the beds. This room was in unacceptable conditions for any guest.
After seeing the state of the room, we went straight to the front desk for assistance. The staff there could barely speak any English, which made it nearly impossible to communicate the seriousness of the issues. We asked for a refund right then and there, and they verbally agreed to give it to us. However, no refund was ever processed, and once we left, they completely stopped responding to any of our attempts to follow up. The phone number listed for the hotel does not work, it only goes straight to a voicemail that no one ever answered. We even reached out to Expedia, but they did nothing to help either.
Save yourself the nightmare and DO NOT book this hotel.
