"My family had a wonderful stay — the room was clean, and the surrounding area was very convenient. We truly appreciated the hotel’s thoughtfulness in waiving one night’s stay when a family member had to check out a day early due to feeling unwell and needing to head to Taipei to prepare for our return to the U.S. We will book this hotel again the next time we visit Taiwan!"
"Clean rooms and good service all around! We stayed here for our overnight trip to Alishan and were very please it was walking distance to the bus and train station. There are many shops and convenience stores nearby for a quick meal or snack."

"We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room, which was perfect for the 4 of us because of its space (2 full beds, 2 showers) and adjacent TV room with a sofa. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet (Chinese food, fruits, pastries) and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The smart TV allows you to cast if you have streaming services overseas. The surrounding area has convenience stores but there is a need to ride a cab to major attractions or train station."
"The room and bathroom were excellent. I never mentioned toilet in all my previous reviews, but the bidet toilet in our room was great to use and had all the widgets you can dream of. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary. The selection was huge and the foods were tasty. Just don't go there during public holidays as it will be very crowded, like what we had experienced. We were there during the May Dragon Boat Festival. We were given a table at breakfast, then we all got up to get foods. When we return to our designated table, there were other people sitting at our table. The staff was very apologetic and got us a different table quickly, so all is well. In general, it is a good and luxurious hotel."
"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It's convenient, walking distance to the night market. We didn't buy the breakfast, but there were plenty of options in the morning, easy to walk to. Love this viby hotel, modern hostel, nice people, and the second floor was cool to hang out in."
