"Nous avons réservé une nuit qui nous a été débité. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel on nous a refusé l'entrée sans raison. Le réceptionniste qui se prétendait être le patron était impoli aucun professionnalisme et malhonnête. On a dû prendre un autre hébergement en urgence sinon on dormait dehors. ..."
