"A really great stay. A very friendly welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. Great value. Although you had to pay for the car park it was very secure and off the street. It is brilliantly close to the centre of Metz which we thought was a great city. It is a great stopover if you are travelling to Italy or beyond."

"Hotel contemporain, personnel très souriant, restauration très bine (tant pour le buffet du petit déjeuner que le restaurant). Seule ombre au tableau, une personne errant dans la rue s'est introduite dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et nous a volé un smart phone. Nous nous en sommes aperçu immédiatement. Nous avons eu le présence d'esprit d'aller autour de la gare et avons retrouvé cette personne et pu récupérer le téléphone. "

It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. "The hotel is quite something! Walked around the grounds and it was amazing.. To the spiral staircases, to the gardens to the violin playing over the speakers. Room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. The only neutral-negative comment would be the breakfast. It cost 15Euros which is fine. In fact it could easily be baked into the cost of the room and I wouldn't bat an eye since the stay itself it great value. The breakfast doesn't live up the magnificence of the rest of the hotel. "

"The most beautiful location, the building and the welcome was perfect. My kids and dog loved being in the freedom of the countryside. We didn’t have to travel too far for an evening meal. The chateau has such wonderful charm and was clean and extremely comfortable. I had such a good night sleep. My kids slept really well too. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional! "Seemed quite a few units to stay in on the site. We were in (we think) the main garden unit. Condition was ok, looked like they were renovating the unit up. Not many lights working in the kitchen living area so was a little dark You can't really self cater as there is no crockery or pots pans cutlery etc. everything is provided by the host - unless they are slowly getting round to sorting this out. In the middle of nowhere so nice and quiet The outside space is lovely Quite a big area to chill...
