"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "The hotel is in a central location, so it is very noisy, which is expected. The rooms are quite small, with dated decor and in need of some maintenance, especially considering the price. The shower is tiny. We had an issue with the air-conditioning, but the owner personally came and resolved it, which we appreciated. The view from our room was lovely, although we couldn’t keep the door open due to the traffic noise. The staff were lovely and helpful, breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Overall, there are some positives, but for the price, I don’t feel the hotel offers good value for money."

"This was one of the best experiences we’ve had, and really appreciate the staff at this beautiful hotel. The space is lovely, as are the rooms. The location is incredible and the views can’t be beat. Finally, the team there were so helpful and genuinely invested in our comfort. They went way out of their way to accommodate vegan diets and did an incredible incredible job. Easily in the top 5 of our hotel experiences and could be the top spot. Highly recommended!"
