"No nos contestaban a ningún mensaje días antes de ir, avisamos a través de esta aplicación y a vosotros tampoco os contestaban . Llegamos al lugar y parecía que estaba cerrado. Subimos y la habitación no era la reservada y el baño estaba sucio a pesar de hacer el cheking nos fuimos a Toledo. Pusimos la reclamación con vosotros y nos buscamos otro alojamiento. Solicitamos la devolución integra de la reserva pagada con antelación "

"The AC was not cooling enough , the pool was closed due to opening date ,disregarding the amount of heat , the girls at the breakfast room removed whatever left of the breakfast in such a speed that we were astonished she was literally running as soon as she finished, she turned of the lights while we were still eating that was ridiculous."

"The lobby, breakfast and dinner areas were inviting and the food was delicious. More importantly, the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The underground parking provided convenient access to the lobby and rooms above. The only concerns were the absence of hand towels and some awkward light switches."

"We have used this Hotel numerous times over the years and find it excellent every time, the tecestaff are friendly and professional. The rooms are immaculate and comfortable. The breakfast as always wonderful with a good choice of dishes. The staff at this hotel are an asset to the Holiday inn branch . Thank you"

"We chose this location for the proximity to both Toledo and Madrid. It is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for what it was, it was clean and comfortable. Pros: friendly staff, comfortable bed, nice TV, good shower, large windows that open, blackout curtains, rooftop patio, and parking on site. Cons: no microwave, mini fridge, or coffee maker in room. Also, there was not an automated system in place for the parking garage so you must wait for the front desk attendant to realize you are there. Another thing to know: the lights in both the hallway and the parking garage are motion censored and there is a notable delay. What that means is you come to both areas in the dark and then a few seconds later the lights go on. If you don’t move around a lot (ex. gathering things from your car) the lights shut off again. This seemed very unsafe to me, but on this trip, I was traveling with the hubby, so all was fine. I would not stay at this hotel as a solo female traveler."
