"This hotel was very nicely situated on a road closed to vehicle traffic. Cafes and shopping surrounded us offering plenty of options. Cleanliness was a top priority for this hotel. The staff were kind and helpful. Our only complaint and this is a stretch.....is that we would have liked a lounge on the property. Otherwise, we recommend and plan to stay at this hotel in our future travel to Italy."

"We travelled throughout Italy for 3 weeks and this was hands down our worst stay! The food was terrible, there isn’t a shuttle to or from the airport as advertised it is actually ( it is $280 EUROS) each way. The shuttle driver to the main square the who helped with luggage was lovely but everything else was so disappointing and 2.5 star at best. The beds are terrible, the sheets are terrible, the breakfast and food is so, so bad we couldn’t even eat it. We are beyond disappointed and wouldn’t recommend."
