"The Queen Anne BnB was exceptional! The location was perfect for all that we wanted to do in Denver. (Rockies game and Mass at Holy Ghost Church) The staff was friendly and helpful. The owner made the most delicious breakfast with produce from the on site garden. We would definitely recommend staying here."

"Great boutique hotel in the RiNo neighborhood of Denver. One of the best bar lounges in a hotel that we have been to. Incredible unique cocktails that are updated and rotated seasonally. Only things keeping me from giving 5 stars are the rooms are a little cramped and, my pet peeve, the hair dryer (nice quality dryer) screen was blocked with lint. I spent the 5 minutes to clean it so we could use it. 5 star hotels make sure to check and clean all the provided amenities."

"The lobby is secured and requires card key access. I'm assuming due to the homeless population that lingers around. The parking was abundant once we found out where that was. The breakfast was so-so, but it was also complimentary so take that as you will. The pool was freezing, and murky, likely due to the over usage of chlorine, it wasn't very enjoyable. The rooms were smaller than pictured. I booked for two queen suites, expecting a pullout couch in both and received two queen rooms with queen...

"This was perfect walking distance to Ball arena. Even walking at night I felt safe. The restaurant attached to college campus near the entrance was a great recommendation. Valley was smooth and easy to use. The breakfast was great! I would absolutely stay here again with my family."

"A great hotel, but I have to say that $64 a night for valet (There appears to be no self park) and the "Resort Fee" at hotel that is not and does not offer "Resort" level amenities is over the top. The resort fee is clearly because Denver/CO allows them to do it, so the hotel takes advantage of the opportunity to nickel and dime you for an extra $30 and change a night or offer you a price that is $30 a night less and then get you in the fine print. The room's air conditioning didn't cool very well, and the fridge was a bit dirty. There is a Trader Joe's just a 5-minute walk away, and the location is very central, so you can walk to various places."
