The Headlands Inn has an ideal location; close to downtown, the coastal beach area, and fine dining. John welcomed us and helped answer several questions during our stay. The two breakfasts were outstanding, and the cookies put out in the afternoon were delicious. The room was quiet and comfortable. We were quite pleased with our choice of bed and breakfast.

The Headlands Inn is the archetypal Victorian Inn with lacy curtains, sitting parlor, and cottage garden. Plus the room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast delicious, so yes I'd stay there again.

Staying at Headlands Inn is a real treat. Each room has its own unique personality and charm. On this occasion, we stayed in the cottage directly adjacent to the Inn. It was very bright and cozy with its own woodburning fireplace and a large whirlpool tub. A delicious full breakfast is delqivered to your door every day. The Inn staff are extremely welcoming and very helpful. The location is just around the corner from shops and excellent restaurants. Highly recommended!

Cute little cottage room , nothing fancy but very cozy. walkable small town with amazing views of the coast. make reservations at restaurants as some were all fully booked on a Sunday. warm and friendly welcome from the host.

The Headlands Inn B&B was a great place to stay for the money. Located in the heart of the village, we were able to walk to restaurants, stores and the bluffs over the Mendo Headlands. Staff was very helpful. The breakfasts were fabulous, though I do wish they were served a little earlier, they did accommodate for my food intolerances. The building and grounds could use some freshening such as fresh paint, garden care, etc. The windows didn’t work properly and I smashed my finger in one since the counter balance was not attached. The bed was lumpy and not very comfortable. Overall a nice stay!
