"Owner didn’t communicate to the housekeeper that a guest was coming so I had to wait for the housekeeper to come back from her house with the keys the room wasn’t clean so while I’m there the housekeeper was cleaning mopping I had leave so she could clean properly it’s like the owner controls the Ac I wake up in the night sweating and I can’t take the ac off auto for some reason if I take it off auto it still turns off "

"Stunning views, delicious food at several all inclusive restaurants offered, friendly and very helpful staff, convenient airport shuttle service. This resort is perfect for a romantic getaway. It’s not a resort I would recommend going to if you want to turn up, party and dance. There are no clubs or loud reggae music. They have a live band some nights but it’s more for a laid back, relaxed vibe. Very peaceful."

"This resort was absolutely beautiful. Not only were the grounds lush and stunning, the water of the Caribbean Sea blessedly clear and calm, but the kindness and warmth of the staff was truly the best part of our stay. My husband and I felt so glad to visit during the slow season, as the staff had time to talk to us between serving the delicious food and drinks. We have been to many different places in the world, and the sincerity, charm and humor of the staff made our stay so special. The hospitality was truly above and beyond all expectation. We can't wait to get back. A special thanks to Rogers, Triana, Lloyd, Orville, Ruth and all the staff we were lucky enough to talk and laugh with at San Souci. We fell in love with Jamaica because of you!"

A few glitches with the food, but I appreciate that it is made from scratch and doesn't feel like it came off a conveyor belt from a large all-inclusive kitchen. "Big up Sandals Ochi. The resort was emasculate and the staff were very helpful and polite. I just want to shout out both Patrice's from the front desk and entertainment sections. They both made my stay unforgettable. My villa was amazing and the housekeeping staff were on point. I will definitely stay here again. I love the fact that I could eat somewhere different every day and even eat at crazy hours on the morning thanks to some places being open until 2am."
