"Historical family-owned hotel . Very comfortable for long or short stays. Conveniently located minutes from a metro station and numerous restaurants, clothing and food stores. Great breakfast included in the rate . Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. A definite home away from home. We were a party of two from Jamaica but the accommodation is also great for families My experience: Bellissimo!"

"The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the palace. The staff were wonderful and the room was great. Our only concern was with half board. We paid well in advance. When we showed up we were told we needed a voucher for the meals. That was fine but we didn't receive one when we actually checked in. So the first meal we went for, we noticed the person at the front asking for our room number and filling out a bill. When we mentioned we had half board he rechecked and said there was nothing at his end, we needed to ask at the front desk. So we went to the desk where the girl checked. She said there was the proper code for our half board so she gave us a voucher. Next day we had the same problem. We were only there for two days and in those two days we had to push to get the meals. The choice of meals for half board was good and the meals themselves were delicious. Staff at the restaurant were also excellent. Other than the problem with the half board, the stay was great."

"Pour notre soirée à La Défense Arena c’était absolument parfait. De ma chambre j’avais une vue incroyable sur l’enceinte. Hôtel très techno, tout se contrôle avec le iPad dans la chambre. Les chambres sont cependant minuscules, tellement qu’on doit passer par-dessus notre partenaire pour sortir du lit. On y était en pleine canicule historique à Paris et la clim a bien fonctionné. Un must au mois de juin à Paris. Pour le reste, c’est très beau, très propre et le personnel très accueillant et professionnel."

"Great bed. Great pillows. Good shower. A/C was just ok. Middle of a massive heat wave, air got cool but could have been better. Great staff. Restaurant was crazy hot no a/c. Food was ok."

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at OKKO hotels. The hotel is situated conveniently, just a few steps from a bus/ train station. The staff were very welcoming and offered to store my luggage before check-in time as well. The room was also very clean and a good size with a modern bathroom. I also liked the water dispenser feature on each floor as it was very hot weekend and it was nice to not have to buy endless bottles of water."
