The location was good ; I was there for a funeral; the young lady at the front desk was not nice, she wanted full payment before checking into the room. I requested to see the room first. She had an attitude but she allowed me to see the room. It looked okay, I paid. However, when we settled in, we noticed the microwave was dirty & refrigerator had a large pile of ice at top, it needed to be defrosted. The ironing board was broke. I saw a bug & ants in the room. The staff workers couldn’t speak English. Two workers at front desk couldn’t speak affluent English. At checkout there was one person who spoke clear American English. Much beatification is needed on property. Windows, carpet, bed linen all need thorough cleaning or replaced. Hotel name, “Quality” doesn’t reflect advertisement or service. We did not get to take pictures but I/ we do not plan to stay again. Free breakfast was offered but we did not eat there.
