"The reception desk staff was absolutely stellar. We were on the 6th floor and had quiet, restful sleep. My only feedback is that there is no pool it's a hot tub/sauna in the building next door and a $40/day extra fee for 1-2 people +20 for each additional person wanting to join. You have to purchase day passes at the front to utilize that feature of your stay. I misread the initial booking and was a little confused. Otherwise great experience and location was fabulous/in close proximity to a lot...

"Nice pool in the center of the hotel that our kids had fun in. Our family really enjoyed the warm cookies and milk at night in the lobby that were free. Also a great location and could walk to several areas in the city that we wanted to see. Staff was very helpful with directions on getting places also."

"It was only myself so the no dresser was perfect. I liked the knobs to hang clothes. It was clean and I loved no carpet. The smell of the hotel was fabulous. I wish they would sell that!"

"The location was just perfect to where we needed to be. Close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. Couldn't hear lots of noise which made for a restful sleep. The best surprise was the bar! We loved all the drinks there. 100/100 in taste, design, and the bar staff was so fun and friendly. Will definitely go back at this hotel if we are in MN again."

"It's okay I guess if you are looking for a cheap place to sleep, but I've stayed in nicer places for about the same price. You can tell the rooms, even though they are clean, are given the bare minimum maintenance wise. The bathroom light sometimes just didn't turn on, the carpet is pulled up at certain areas, the bathroom wall looked torn in certain parts. And I have a large fear of mice, so seeing easily accessible cracks and stuff definitely makes me paranoid. It's okay if you need just the...

"It was a nice clean hotel with comfortable beds. Full kitchen in the rooms too. Nice big showers and very hot water with good pressure. Also a dressing area and a couch. The front desk folks are super nice and helpful. Delicious breakfast every morning. No real restaurant but they have snacks and drinks you can purchase downstairs- all night long. There is a grass area across the street at the hospital if you are traveling with your dog. 👍🙂👍"

"There were soccer teams all over the hotel it was rated a 9.2 I'd give it maybe a 1.2 I reserved 2 rooms we weren't near one another. The pool was also on this floor. I wasn't impressed. The two men that work there were rude I feel we deserve to have $$ taken off our bill."
