"This is definitely not more than a two star property. Extremely crowded room but they did have breakfast at 4 AM which was really nice because we had an early flight."

"The bed was very comfortable and the room was recently remodeled. There was a long human hair left near the sink which was unsettling but the rest of the room was very clean. Access to rooms is up or down a flight of stairs, so those with accessibility issues could be impacted. Maybe there is an elevator?? Just staying before an early flight, so can't comment on breakfast or other amenities. The parking lot felt safe and was well-lighted."

"It was disappointing. The hot tub was not operational, and the fridge in my room had no temp control - froze everything. In short, don't advertise amenities you can't deliver on. Not to mention the exorbitant cost on bottled water and juice - $20 for 2 juices and 2 waters?? The only thing that was helpful was a decent spread at breakfast."

"The check-in went smooth & Ruby was very nice. The light in the bathroom didn’t turn on, so we weren’t able to use the shower.. We did call down & report to the front desk & they did offer us another room. It was late and we were all unpacked. We were told the manager would call us in the morning….we never heard from him. Breakfast is included and it was very limited and the sausage was still frozen & cold. We wanted to support a small business versus a big hotel chain…. Don’t think we’ll be...

"The property was overpriced. We stayed here previously, and the property has significantly declined. Unfortunately the outdoor lighting was not working. We had issues with the key cards not working. The breakfast was disappointing. The lids on coffee cups did not fit right. The food items, coffee, and coffee cups were not restocked."

"The room is full of dust. Bathroom door is damaged and does not lock. The bed is full of dust. Could not sleep and management refused to refund the 2nd night because I left earlier."

"Almost too nice. As good as they get without having a bell service, Breakfast buffet with china plates and selection like being on a bus tour in europe. Room was huge, didn't particularly care for the sliding barn door bath centrally located opposite the beds. But Ive encountered this in upscale hotels before. Yes, they had a bar with a happy hour with reasonably priced beer. Didn't imbibe, as I was with my teenage grandson,"
