"The checking process was painful. There was no phone number listed to contact the facility about how to obtain a code for the front door and room. Extra research had to be done to obtain the information.
The room was clean but had only one wash cloth and hand towel instead of two. The hand towel was dry rotted and came apart when attempting to use it.

"Location - very convenient to restaurants, chinatown, theaters, and Boston Common. Half mile walk from South Station for bus/trains. Building is older, but clean. Bedding and towels were clean and of the quality of a 3-4 star hotel. Had a "shared bathroom" situation, which was fine, except sometimes the bathroom doors were closed and no one was in them. "Clean and comfortable. Easy walk to TD Garden. The bathroom hook is not accessible for non- tall people and another mirror outside of the bathroom would have been nice. Regardless I would stay here again."

"The property is beautiful and well maintained in a fantastic area. I asked via the messaging system three times if I could check in early but never got a response. That is not acceptable- what if there was an emergency? However I would be willing to stay here again if I could get responses.
Also there was a delivery in the alley the room faced (201)- one delivery was at 4:20am (!) and consisted of super loud slamming sounds for about 10 minutes which woke me up - but the bed is really great...
