"Very clean and comfortable room. Staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. We were greeted happily by the employees and given suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area. Not much of a breakfast selection, but I was ok with it. Coffee was Great! Enjoyed our time there a lot and will definitely stay with them again on future visits. "

"Room and property was very clean. Loved how pet-friendly the hotel was. Made us feel relaxed having our dogs with us. Buffet was very mediocre with little options. Location was great though! "

"If your expectations are for a property which is conveniently located near the I95 corridor, that is clean and safe, with a consistent presence from the front desk to address concerns and a basic, but serviceable, continental breakfast, then your expectations will be met."

"Easy free parking. Bathroom exhaust fan was noisy."

"Room was cheap but you get what you pay for. Bugs in the bathroom and on the curtains, carpet is warped and a tripping hazard, drawers stick and don't want to work. Housekeeping is lackluster, literally just changed the trash and fresh towels. Breakfast buffet and Customer service is great though!"

"The property at the Omni resort in Hilton head is beautiful and well maintained. We had a little hiccup upon check in with our room. But the hotel staff quickly intervened and found us a comparable alternative. I’d say the best part of our stay was the staff. Everyone was lovely, accommodating, and genuinely interested in keeping the guests happy."
