"One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. Exceptional room, clean quiet and comfortable . The staff were amazing and willing to help with any problem—there was a pillow concierge! Even with a higher occupancy the resort didn’t feel crowded. Buffet breakfast was great as were the themed evening meals. Ate at the Italian restaraunt on site—what a great room! "Second time staying at the hotel and had an even better experience this time round. Room upgraded on arrival and excellent service from start to finish. Splash park is a great addition and is away from the busy pool area meaning it is a lot quieter. I would definitely say that this hotel is a good option for all but would especially recommend for young families. Thank you to the staff for providing such a great experience!"

"The 2 males at reception (from SA and Scotland) were very friendly and hlepful. Anna was very rude and unhelpful. I overheard her telling guests that there is no wifi at the pool area, when there was. Rooms very comfortable and equipped well with lovely soft towels. "Nice property with children pool and nice adult pools as well. The food was really really good! We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are basic but very clean and spacious. The only 2 disadvantages we had were that no one told us the kids club is completely closed in September and that there were many fire ants around the pool- once we said it to the staff I think they sprayed the area and couple of days later it became a bit better. "
