"Das Hotel liegt am Rande von Erfoud und ist als Selbstfahrer problemlos zu finden. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Hotelanlage im traditionellen lokalen Stil. Wir haben ein grosszügiges Upgrade erhalten, das Hotel war allerdings auch nur wenig besetzt, Sehr freundliches Personal, welches einen einwandfreien Service bietet. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und grundsätzlich sauber. Allerdings war der Wasserablauf der Dusche verstopft, was bezüglich Reinigung und Sauberkeit sofort Fragen aufwirft. Aber...

"Excellent stay at this newly renovated hotel. Less than a km walk to the dunes from the property (it’s at the edge). You can get a great sunrise view from the hotel front entrance and the terrace plus swimming pool area. Staff were super nice and always received us with smile. Highly recommended if you are looking for a Riad/hotel like experience instead of a tent within the desert . "

"Room was nice, the location is great, but they can do so much more with the space, better sunbeds, put some sun shades / parasols (when I asked why they didn’t have sun shades the receptionist was surprised and said I’m the first guest asking. Which is weird in the dessert!) Nice music at the pool area and in the restaurant would be nice. The general toilet was very dirty. We had only 2 towels for 4 persons. The dinner was delicious and more than enough! "

"The property is beautiful. It's a sprawling resort with areas outdoors in the woods near a cascading springs that I enjoyed sitting at. I liked the lobby, the swimming pools and the exercise room. Checking in was easy. You're sat in the very nice lobby and you're greeted with a nice apple lemon ginger juice while the check in is proceeding. The staff is very nice, attentive and professional. "Everyone was so nice and welcoming. They have a beautiful rooftop view of the dunes where we had tea and dinner. The room was nicely decorated and very cozy!"
