We spoke with the host in at the reception desk - very friendly, and they gave us extra towels, though it wasn't something they could fix right away. "This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Do not miss the spa- it is wonderful (steam/sauna and comfy chaise chairs). Our room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the bathroom had both a tub and shower. Great location in the heart of Bruges - minutes from the main square restaurants and canal boat rides. Not far from the train station however we took Uber due to the cobblestone streets and sidewalks. I would stay here again in an instant!"
