"This hotel was awesome!! Was it new no but it was very clean!! The rooms were nice!! The pool and hot tub were great!! The staff and the owner of the hotel were absolutely awesome!! They were helpful and very socialable!! The bar tender and bar were so much fun!! Best hotel we have stayed at for years!! Will definately be going back!!"

"It’s all around a great place to stay. Walking distance to most things in the area, staff was wonderful, and the food was great. As a once professional cleaner though I felt our room was dirty, there was Cheeto dust on a pillow, dead bugs on the wall and around, things were dusty, windows were very dirty, and there were a lot of finger prints on everything. Cleaning process must have been rushed or short handed. "

"I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend. They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :) I recommend!!"

"I am completely blown away by our experience at this hotel! They went above and beyond opening their restaurant early for us to eat and drink before a concert. The man we checked in with was so friendly and so accommodating! Our shuttle driver was incredible! I just don’t have the words to describe our experience here other than we will be going back here every time we have a concert at the Excel Center(Grand Casino Arena)! "
