"First room assigned to me wreaked of cigarettes smoke. When I told the front desk, they moved me to a new room immediately. This is a very comfortable, quiet hotel. Good bedding and AC and I slept great there for 4 nights, a long weekend. The breakfast was great, hot and varied every day. There was plenty of parking close to the front lobby. My only complaint was that the coffee was terrible. But no problem because there is a Dunkin Donuts right next door. 😁"

"What a wonderful home away from home! The rooms were very spacious and easily accommodated our family of 4. We had a lot of luggage and didn’t feel like we were tripping over them. We were attending two big family events, and the space allowed us all to get ready hassle free. The front desk staff on Wednesday evening and Thursday 5/20-5/21 was the best! "This hotel is very well kept, it’s always clean and the (front) staff is always pleasant but as for management … DO BETTER. Me and my husband had stayed for one night and due to checking in later in the evening we had a very late dinner. I had taken back my entire meal and placed it in the mini fridge. "Booking through Expedia did not offer the same customer service friendly staff as you would booking directly with the hotel. Once the check in issue was resolved, my stay was good. Breakfast buffet was a highlight for our family needs. Would recommend!"

"The room wasn’t clean at all. The sheets on the bed were all torn up to shreds. I checked the mattress and saw what looked to be a dead bug in the mattress protector. I didn’t have a choice on time to find another hotel, so I stayed. It just wasn’t clean at all the table tops were dirty and the floor and walls were stained with stuff. I wouldn’t recommend at all."

"The front desk staff were absolutely miserable, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I thought there would possibly be a difference between the night staff and morning staff, but that was not the case. This was extremely disappointing and we felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. We were also very excited to use the pool, it was heated and at a comfortable temperature but all of the sudden a giant red light started blinking in front of the pool maintenance room. This was alarming!!! Nothing was mentioned...
