mala experiencia.

he vuelto después de 3 años a este hotel y la experiencia ha sido totalmente decepcionante, el hotel se nota falto de mantenimiento, el mobiliario y se ve viejo, los frigoríficos de las habitaciones no funcionan, no tienes ni una botella de agua (aunque esta estaría como una sopa) y me han tenido que cambiar de habitación porque el aire a pesar de ser centralizado no se sentía y era imposible estar en la habitación, he dormido sin usar sabanas y he pasado calor, las almohadas no son para nada cómodas y luego el desayuno la verdad que justo justo. no volveré ni recomiendo este sitio que la verdad no entiendo como puede ser un hotel de 4 estrellas porque no llega a 3.

Las instalaciones regular. La confirmación de la reserva no la tenían, la tuvimos qye reenviar nosotros. Uno de los ascensores no funcionaba y los baños no tienen suficiente presión, la ducha es incomoda. Tuvimos que solicitar el cambio de lad almohadas porque estsban sucias y sin planchar.

El hotel fatal!el sos lo tienen casi siempre cerrado dicen que va con cita previa y nos dijeron que estaban todos horarios cogidos pero la sorpresa es que estaba cerrado.osea nos engañaron....luego las cajas fueres no funcionaban la nevera tampoco y la bombilla del baño fundida un desastre..cuando regresemos por la noche no abria la puerta principal de la entrada y tuvimos que entrar por la puerta que da al comedor...nos dijeron que el hotel embargado si es cierto no lo se pero es una pena de hotel porque es bonito pero al final como no está bien llevado es un desastre

Le personnel était très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner été plus que médiocre. La salle de bain sentait extrêmement mauvais mais ce n'était pas dûl à un défaut de nettoyage : l'hôtel étant relativement propre . Le spa était fermé cela n'était pas indiqué à la réservation.

Buenas vistas y cosas que mejorar.

Sinceramente no llega a ser un 4 estrellas, cortinas rotas, almohadas con olor a perfume y cabellos, el spa tenia un cartel que decia fuera de servicio. El personal muy atento eso si y unas vistas geniales desde el restaurante.

el spa en el hotel le da buena puntuacion ya que te deja relajado ademas la atencion al cliente muy buena lugar silencioso ideal para descansar
