"Prachtige B&B, gevestigd in een pand uit circa 1920. Mooie mozaïekvloeren, kamer is smaakvol ingericht met airco. Wij hadden een balkon en kregen iedere dag hier ons ontbijt geserveerd. Monica is de drijvende kracht en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel loopt. Ontbijt is heerlijk. Locatie is perfect, op loopstand van het centrum van Lucca. Inchecken gaat soepel! Topplek!"

"About half mile from the train station and adjacent to entrance to walled city, Lucca in Villa was VERY convenient for dining, trains to Florence and Cinque Terre, laundry, shopping, and just strolling. We used it as a base for 5 nights and it was a respite each day after sizable crowds in Florence, Cinque Terre and Pisa. Lucca has an undeniable charm that is hard to beat and the staff at this hotel are friendly and hospitable. And yes, it really is a villa."

The lady of the house, Biche, was not only refined and elegant but also kind and helpful. She guided us to find a perfect place for dinner. Needless to say that her house is the reflection of her and her management and a true pleasure to stay at."
