"Courteous staff, clean room and delicious breakfast. Parking $15.00 per day could be complimentary but it’s not too much either. Ms Ramona Jones was awesome and made sure our family’s breakfast experience was outstanding. Our initial room had bathroom door jammed then when called front office the gentleman took care of it right away. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very quiet and well kept. It's within walking distance of a T station, many restaurants, and a wonderful ice cream shop. The staff were very friendly and helpful with making suggestions on what to do in the area. It's a very convenient location if you're wanting to visit Boston. The free parking and breakfast were a nice added touch. "

"Love it! Everything is truly great. There is only one issue in what is otherwise an excellent hotel, the door of the bathrooms leaves large openings so you can always hear even the smallest noise coming out of the bathrooms. "

"This hotel is A+ in all respects — staff, safety, location, cleanliness. Our only disappointment were the beds, which felt and sounded as if they were stuffed with Rice Krispies. Other than that, a fabulous place to stay, right in the heart of historic Boston, next to Quincy Market, Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail, Union Oyster House. They even provided a free guided tour of the area! "
