"Room, amenities and breakfast are typical of your basic, mid-level Marriott property. Ask for a room on the side furthest away from Garfield Street if you hope to get any sleep. Hotel did a poor job communicating that housekeeping is only provided on request or every third day. No mention of it at check-in or anywhere in the room. With four or five comparable hotels at a similar price point available nearby, I’ll try somewhere else next time."

"Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room."

"It's right on I-5, but it's kind of odd to get to, and back on the freeway, so thank God for navigation. When it's busy, you may have a hard time parking near the doors to your area. Other than Elmer's, next door (which is great!), or Fred Meyer, around the corner, there is nothing close. No convenience stores, food, or much of anything else. The place is secure and pretty quiet, with indoor room access only. Rooms have all the amenities and free wifi. It's a bit pricey for the area, but not...

"I feel bad because the staff person was very nice and helpful, but... Even the sign at the entrance is very faded/hard to read (red flag). The room was in terrible shape. Bathroom baseboards were filthy, in the tub the caulk was all peeling and the facet leaked. The hot water was HOT- and with the janky faucet it was difficult to get a tolerable temperature without scalding. Room: TV reception was spotty (even though it was a satellite) and I had to turn off the power strip to the mini-fridge...

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable. But the tiny complementary bottle of lotion had been used and half gone. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were dirty and slimy. A friend was in the next room and said they didn't even get any lotion and their shampoo dispenser was completely out of shampoo.
