"I got chewed up by bed bugs!! I have videos and pictures of the bed bugs and pictures of the bites. They are extremely itchy. I showed them before I left. I will not pay for that night stay. Refund has been requested but Expedia tried calling them and they did not answer. It has been escalated to the Expedia manager. "
