Room was clean and spacious. Dinner in the restaurant was decent and affordable. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet, except Christmas music playing in the hallway in the morning (mid-January). Breakfast was good, even though we arrived just before it ended. Stepped out of the hotel into departures. Excellent value for an airport hotel.

We enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient to catch a morning flight. The staff is very helpful. I left my mobile phone in the bed room, and they sent someone to the airport to look for me.

The location is good and convenient for transit customers. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only comment would be to dim the lights outside the bedroom windows at night as it is too bright.

This is a good hotel if you want to be near the airport. Not much in dining options except for fast food in the airport. Buffet breakfast in the hotel is good. Room was comfortable.

If you're traveling from the airport then this is as close as you can get. Wake up, great breakfast buffet, and your walking into airport check in in minutes. A little noise from airport but clean and good ac and wifi.

We just needed somewhere to crash between landing at 7pm and meeting a group the following morning at 9am. This hotel was perfect for our needs, cheap, comfortable, good shower and so convenient and we had no issues at all with noise. Breakfast was fine.

Good if you have a morning flight

If you have a flight from Medan, this hotel is very convenient. It needs to be cleaned better and the towels and linen to be washed and/or changed with new ones. The people working there are very kind and helpful.

With this type of room at this price inside the airport.. dont look at other options if you have an early flight in KNO.. your room is beside the check in counter 😁 Rooms are clean and confortable.. cant ask for more

This hotel is very good for time saving and the hotel itself is quite good. But Kualanam airport is not an attractive place to spend. If you have an very early flight and/or business trip, I can recommend this hotel. But if you would like to have a enjoyable stay for leisure like family trip... You should know some about the airport, not about the hotel,

More of a convenience stay than anything else. The room was big, however felt outdated and was very noisy at night with music playing in the corridors and loud noises from outside the building (sounded like large bins / metal being shifted and emptied). Breakfast wasn’t great - not very appetising at all with not many options for things other than sweet / curry.

The location made so convenient to catch our flight the next morning and the price was reasonable. The breakfast was included and was excellent. The downsides are the reception check in was very slow, and inefficient. There were two working the desk but one seemed to be in training and had to keep interrupting the other for direction. If you’re running late for your flight just hope there isn’t a group checking out at the same time. After I checked in and in my room, the doorbell rang and before I could get to the door to answer it, housekeeping walked in then quickly closed the door. I opened the door and 2 girls had a basket with towels. Though I didn’t speak Indonesian I assume they asked if I needed towels. I had just checked in so why would I need towels?
