Hotel murah di Mechanicsville

"While checking in I had to wait 45 mins just to check in because there was no one at the front desk. The first room we were assigned to had German roaches in the room and we had to get moved to the other side of the hotel after being offered to get moved right next door where we literally saw a German roach. I was disappointed in this property."

"My family has taken several trips to Calvert county, but this is the first we've stayed at this hotel. This was, by far, my favorite place to stay. The breakfast is awesome, and my kids loved the indoor pool. The room was nice. The plants in the lobby and pool room are gorgeous. The hotel is in a perfect central location. Every staff member I dealt with was super nice."

"place is run down and dirty . the staff is friendly but gave me the wrong room and then once they got it straight they gave someone else the same room we were in. We had just gotten back from dinner and some one had our room key to stay the night good thing we were both dressed "

"I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment."

"No knives, breakfast was terrible, toaster broken. Treadmill broke and ice machine broke. No communication about room service, had to ask for towels and room cleaning Breakfast server spoke Spanish to her headset the entire time with no consideration for patrons. Lastly I found 3 small black bugs on the “clean” bed. Front desk apologized but no mention to compensate. "

"our stay was perfect. everywhere was clean. the staff was so polite and professional. breakfast looked great. it ended at 9, which was too early of us to enjoy. 10 would be more like it maybe 7 - 10 instead of 6-9. the pool, workout room was clean, smelled clean. the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows. We WILL be staying there again, and again"

"The property was clean but older and more run town than pictures showed. The sliding glass door to the deck attached to the room was broken. The lock was missing so they had a piece of wood to use to keep it locked. The coffee maker was missing from our room even though all the coffee items were provided. "

"We checked into a king suite with an in-room jacuzzi tub. It was actually very nice. The bed was awesome and extremely comfortable. The room smelled nice and had a nice window that actually opened for a nice breeze. It looked out over the marina so we could hear the gentle sway of the boats and the boat bells on the water. The jacuzzi tub was amazing; I could have lived in there forever. It was obvious that the rooms had just been upgraded and refreshed. Angela was very nice and was constantly...

"Problem with invoicing"

"Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either).
