No matter, they let someone else cancel a non refundable room and even though they screwed up they won’t refund my money. No room no refund horrible customer service. "

"Recent renovations all very nice. What upset me is the recent $25 per day parking charge. I have stayed at this hotel frequently since 2004, and this is the first time I've had to pay for parking, even though I have a handicapped sticker."

"The B'fast menu was fine. There were fresh fruits on one day but not the other day. There are not many vegetarian options for warm food. Also, the coffee was not all that warm or great/bold. The hot water (I wanted to use for making hot tea) from the pot had a coffee smell as well. "
