"Beautiful room with the cutest patio that felt like we took a quick trip to Europe. The staff were all attentive and welcoming. We had issues trying to figure out how to open the patio door and they had someone upstairs to our room in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely stay here again in the future!"

You won't feel it's over one hundred years. The staff are friendly. I like the stairway museum. It's informational and good setting to efficiently use the space to share the history of the hotel and Portland. "

The hotel itself is a well taken care of older building, so that means more room, thicker walls, and a tub and shower in many rooms. Every interaction with the staff has made us feel welcome and that they genuinely want us to have a good time. It's our favorite place to stay in Portland. "

"From curbside valet/bellman, to front desk, to restaurant staff everyone I came in contact with provided great customer service. The room was very spacious. Enjoyed my sitting are. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the steamer vs having a iron and ironing board. The robe was a nice touch too. Only downside was the bathroom/shower area was small/narrow. I would recommend this hotel and if have business in the area again will stay here."
