"Place was amazing and peaceful. If there was a fire place in the river front rooms, it would be even more peaceful and romantic."

"Chair had dog hair in it, lights in bedroom were burnt out, took 30+ minutes to get checked in because I bought the room online and they said they were sold out so they had to go inspect rooms that were not ready to book."

"The room was clean and nicely designed, the staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. I was not a fan of how spread out all the amenities were compared to where we were staying. Getting in my car to drive to the pool/gym( gym hours -odd, did not open early ) was not something I really wanted to do. The most unfortunate part about the stay was that the Internet/WiFi/TV's stopped working for half our time there. That coupled with the check in being a little tricky to find, and the elevators not working ( our room being on the 3rd floor and laundry on the 1st ), made the stay not the greatest."

"Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in the room unbearable especially if one was asthmatic like i am. Otherwise world class golf course, friendly pro shop staff, brilliant views of the properties - A MUST visit ... "
