"Highly recommend"

"I booked a one-bedroom for a girls' trip with my sister, and everyone was exceptionally helpful and kind and friendly and communicative. I'm not sure what happened, but we got upgraded from a one-bedroom with a sofa bed to a full 3-bedroom with a golf course view! I was very confused and checked my rental, but I was charged for the room I paid for, and my sister and I got to enjoy a king sized bed each with a full kitchen and living room. Honestly, we kind of rattled around in there! We...

"I’ll pass on the review"

"The place was very clean, peaceful and quiet. The staff was very welcoming."

"This place was terrible, there were bugs in the rooms, the elevator sounded like it needed to be serviced and the food was disgusting do not take your family here"

"Property was good for the nightly rate on Halloween weekend. Convenient to restaurants to walk to. Room was clean but outdated, could really use a renovation. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of room for 2 adults. Beds were advertised as queen's but were most likely full. Beds were crowded for 2 adults to sleep comfortably. Microwave and refrigerator were a good plus. No bugs were observed during our stay. Doors open directly to the sidewalk and parking lot. There was a 2nd floor exterior...

"This place is very clean and organized . We took a single room with 2 beds . It came with a kitchen and it’s literally like a single bedroom apartment for a family to stay comfortably with all amenities."

"At check-in, we found that the sheets on our bed had not been changed, hair and body fluids remained. The bed had just been made over top it. It was a premium room, the desk clerk who didn’t seem to care one way or the other, offered to move us to a lower quality room. We got sheets and changed the bed ourselves. In general, the property requires much maintenance and is in poor condition.… Ceiling tiles in poor condition, elevators don’t work properly, people don’t seem to care, dirty rooms. I...

"Away from the Parkway so it was very quiet but close enough that you could see it from my window. It is right off Teaster Ave so getting around Pigeon Forge is a lot easier than getting on 441. Very affordable rates too."

"This is an older 2 story outdoor corridor motel that has been refurbished. We found the rooms to be clean, parking to be plentiful and the location to be perfect for Pigeon Forge access. With the included breakfast, this is probably the best low cost value in the city for tourists who want a bed for the night at the best price. The rooms were larger that the standard Red Roof that I would compare it with. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was adequate but nothing fancy. Scrambled...
