The check in and breakfast were great! The check in person was very helpful. We could have used some adsitional outlets for plugging in our electronic devices. The beds were very comfortable. The motel was easy to find and access.

Could be worse

While there is no room service, it was so kind of the previous guest to leave a loaf of bread, most of a bag of chips, and some baggies for us in the dresser. The beds appeared to be very kid friendly as they felt as though they has been thoroughly jumped on. When you awake from your slumber, they serve a real American breakfast. One just like the Army serves, powdered eggs and all!

Room was extremely clean and neat. Nice beds and pillows. Pretty wall decorations. Adequate parking. Nice swimming pool. Breakfast was above average. Even though the area around the motel had huge road construction going on, the motel itself was calm and quiet. Nice place!

I stayed at this Best Western last night, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The photos online are completely misleading and do not represent the actual condition of this place. As soon as I arrived, I noticed what looked like dried blood stains running down the outside stairs leading to the upper rooms—absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one rated 8.2 online. Inside, the place reeked of old mildew, It felt more like a rundown motel than anything remotely close to a “Best” Western. This is not the kind of place you want to bring your family, or even crash for a night after a long trip. Whoever is giving this place high ratings clearly hasn’t stayed there recently, or been to an actual nice best western,or the reviews are seriously manipulated.

Front desk clerk was awesome. Very smooth check in and out. Room was ready and clean. The only complaint I have is there was no extra sheets, blankets or pillows for the pull out couch. The front office clerk only had one extra blanket.

The pool was great. Breakfast was only ok. Check in was easy and staff was very nice. When I reserved the rooms they said check-in was at 1:00 but when we got there they said check-in was at 3. Had to wait a little while for the second room to get cleaned.

Room was very clean, nice and quiet. Had a variety of pillows in each firmness, warm blankets and great working air conditioner. Water pressure was better than most motels. Full breakfast was delicious, fresh and plentiful. (The "no-touch" pancake maker was a kick.) I got the suite because I needed 2 queen (not double) beds and enjoyed the extra space to spread out in the room, even if it was only for one night. I will definitely mark this down on my list of great places to rest while traveling on Highway 69.

In 100 F temperatures had to walk back and forth and up and down 3 times to get working key. Each time, same desk clerk acted like it was first that she had seen me. No empathy. Old fashioned open corridor motel showed it's age and was difficult to find behind a row of tractor trailer trucks and due to costruction which made use of GPS difficult. Breakfast was prewrapped rolls like from Sam's Club and some cereals
