The free shuttle .. staff was great..and food Was great … value for money ..

Beautiful infinity pools, good food and cocktails, clean and comfort rooms.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel and for good reason, because reliability is worth its weight in gold. At Sempre you can always expect kind and helpful service from the front desk, clean rooms due to the diligent cleaning staff, and great food at the Sempre Cafe. I would yet again highly recommend this place for both solo travelers as well as families. I have also used the shuttle service both to and from the airport and made it to where I needed to go with plenty of time. 10/10 property that I believe is the jewel of Lapu Lapu.

This hotel is catered more for local tourist. Hotel is still not ready for international travel Ei. They engaged alot of students (OJT), service is below par, breakfast choice limited such as one white rice, another garlic rice, that cónsidered as 2 choice of food on the breakfast counter. (only Philippinoes will eat so much rice), room is small, considered expensive. Staff is lack of initiative and language deficiencies. Only can serve their locals.
