"The rooms are clean and tidy but could do with a few finishing touches. The pool area is excellent as are the other communal areas. Food is a high standard and staff are friendly and courteous. We had a lovely long weekend."

"Very lovely stay! I can recommend. Owners are so nice and helpful throughout the whole stay, happy to help you with anything! Great restaurants nearby, but we haven't tried the one in our hotel. Only because it was reservations only and we never knew what time we'll be back and didn't want to be restricted on our days out. The only tiny minus are mirrors. There's only one mirror by the sink and that's it. Wish there was at least another small mirror attached to a wall you could move little closed to you. For someone with contact lenses it was bit hard to see what I'm doing. But that's the only thing! Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety."

"โ โ โ โ โ We had a great stay at Kefalonia Grand Hotel and would definitely come back! The location was perfect, right in the centre with plenty of shops, restaurants and cafรฉs within easy walking distance. The staff were all very helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast had a great variety, with all coffees included, as well as fresh eggs and pancakes made to order from the kitchen, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was on the smaller side, but it was very clean and the daily housekeeping was excellent. Everything was kept fresh and tidy throughout our stay. There is street parking available, which we found quite easy to get during the day, although I imagine it could become more difficult later in the evening. Having a car is also useful for exploring Kefalonia, as some of the beautiful beaches do require a drive, which is pretty standard for the Greek islands. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location, friendly staff, cleanliness and breakfast made it a great experience, and we would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend!"

"Amazing place absolute paradise on earth. So much space, free parking, swimming pool. Must mention the staff: Heleni she's barmaid absolutely friendly and helpful. And Memi young lady at the reception. Can't wait till next year to come back here again so might do on this one"

"The hotel was in a great location it was peaceful right by the sea . The staff were really lovely and helpful . Ionna and Joanna were especially amazing . The down side if you have issues with mobility it probably is not good as there are lots of steps , the only other downside is the food , not much choice and much as a same each night . But I would give this hotel 4 out of 5"

"Very nice experience at Elegance with amazing staff and very helpful Manager. She was attending all requests by herself. The rooms were very large and super clean and the service was excellent. Big thanks to the manager and the staffs and special thanks to the barman at the pool. Looking forward to repeating the experience at Elegance Luxury Executive Suites. George Harb"

"The property is definitely in need of maintenance ie the showers, the doors, the doors to balcony stiff and hard to open and close, the drain in the bathroom; but the Irinna grew on us both it is like going back in time. The staff are absolutely incredible they make you feel so welcome are kind Friendly"
