"The property is a clean but not upscale apartment. It has no AC but did have fans. The bonus is the location. Very close to the train station and old town shopping. Under the train station is grocery and shops and a short cut to the trains. Street sounds are no problem when the windows are closed. Restaurants are on the street level. The elevator is small but fast. Reception staff, across the street, were helpful and friendly"

"Nice location and good basic apartment style hotel. My only complaint is the base minimum ammenities. The only thing provided is a basic towel set and dish/pot and pan set. No dish soap. No toiletries. Kitchen is very basic. 2 burner cook top and oven and a small refrigerator. No microwave. No coffee maker. Cleaning is done once a week. But that is not an issue. Nice and quiet area with plenty of parking. There is 1 clothes washer and dryer available for free usage based on volunteer...
