"Such a beautiful place in the capital city. Our room was perfectly comfortable and a very cloud like bed. The bed is also in the clouds but there’s a convenient step stool in the closet to help launch you into dreamland. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "2p arrived early to hotel- rooms on not ready Checked in and ate lunch. 3p checked at front desk again for room - not ready. 4:15 checked again at front desk. Attendant called housekeeping and told them there are people waiting for room and if it could be prioritized (1st time anyone contacted housekeeping after us being there over 2 hours). Poorly run hotel 5p arrived in room. "

"The room was so small, we barely had room to walk. The location is downtown, so it was noisy and they do not have a parking lot. You either have to pay for valet or pay for parking at the parking meters. Speaking of valet parking, we were charged twice for valet parking when we did not use it at all. Please review receipt to make sure there are no additional charges. Also, one of the staff was rude when we mentioned the valet charges. There was no microwave in the room. "Excellent location- central to everything in Columbia. Our room was well appointed- we were on the first floor which gave us easy access to the lobby with minimal noise. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly."

"The property is very close to the university but wish they would offer discounts rather than jack the price up on stays when they know there will be a lot of parents on campus some of us are already spending quite a bit just to get to the location. Also if staying there the Hub is right next door and you can see someone’s entire living quarters from your window so recommend keeping shades drawn. "Overall a decent experience. The bathroom setup in our room was a bit funky providing little privacy with the sliding doors that don’t shut all the way or lock. Also, there is only one outlet available behind the nightstand in the middle of our beds so only one of us could charge our phone by the bed and the other had to use the outlet in the office area.
