"This motel was clean and has the rustic charm of old Cape Cod. The grounds are beautiful with marsh views and kayaks available free of charge. Room decor is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The owner lives on site and is very accommodating. We would definitely stay the night again!"

"The carpet had not been vacuumed from previous guests or perhaps not is some days. All feather pillows, which I am allergic to, there was no option for bedding preferences when booking. Beautiful view of Canal but the open patio below our window hosted a baseball team, and late night dads drinking, loud rock music and talking until after midnight. "Room was clean and comfortable enough, but not properly checked by housekeeper for supplies (no tissues in bathroom). Biggest complaint was the “free breakfast,” which in my 30+ years of hotel stays, came in dead last. Really embarrassing for them and very unsatisfying for me."

"There was hair on the pillow. There was hair on the towels. There was hair on the bathroom floor. I had the front desk clerk come and change the sheets because there was a stain of dirt on the sheets. When you pulled back the covers. I was exhausted when I arrived and just didn't have the energy to go to a different hotel. The photographs are misleading. Do not stay at this hotel. I paid $300 a night and it was a complete total rip-off. It was worse than motel 6. It should have been $69 a night!"

"Units 3A,3B,2A, and 2B all have private decks facing the bay and beach. The in house resteraunt was lovely and the food superb. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We're planning to return next year."

"Older motel, very unclean esp floors, windows, walls. No amenities to speak of - no housekeeping done, trash not picked up, no tissues or extra roll TP. You have to ask for the basics. Minimal breakfast - few bagels, yogurt, juice, cereal (what ever they picked up at Walmart) Pool was clean and nice, AC unit worked well"

"The room was a nice size room for 4, clean but there wasn't enough bath towels for 4 just 2 and it would have been nicer if there were bigger. They had shampoo and conditioner put it just a small packet but again not enough for 4 people. There's a great store nearby called thr Ocean State Job Lot on 285 Main Street on Buzzards Bay with excellent prices on bath sheet towels $8.99/each. They have great restaurants one called the Pilot House 20 mins away, Loafy Loft with great Vietnamese ice...
